the location was excellent , right in the city center. the room was a good size , especially the beautiful double or twin room. the staff was friendly and always ready to help.
the air conditioning did not work properly , so the room was too hot. i found that the housekeeping standards were lacking , my shower gel was removed and not replaced. the breakfast started late , which was an issue for early departures.

i really appreciated the superb location. walking to major attractions was easy! the proximity to the metro made longer trips easy. the famous cafe central being just a minute away was a sweet bonus.
the bathroom had limited space for toiletries.

the front desk staff provided excellent service , especially amanda , who helped with cafe and restaurant reservations, saving time. the reception was very pleasant , and the staff was able to find the requested room. they were helpful on several occasions.

the room had some dust, i guess it wasn't cleaned well. the pillows were not comfy. the free internet was weak. the bathroom looked more like a 3-star hotel, with an old shower always falling from the holder.

The location proved really good. I found myself steps away from key attractions. the staff demonstrated very nice helpfulness. They offered prompt assistance with various requests. i loved the plentiful options in the breakfast buffet. It catered to varied tastes. the bar service impressed me with delicious cocktails prepared by a talented barman.
I encountered some noise issues due to plumbing. It was quite disruptive during the night. i wasn't offered any compensation for this inconvenience. it considerably impacted my ability to rest soundly. the hotel should consider soundproofing the bathroom area.
